Processing time

We prepare and pack your order within 1–2 business days.

Delivery (US)

Orders ship with full tracking via YunExpress. Most US orders arrive in about 8–12 business days after they ship. Times can vary a little during holidays or customs checks.

Shipping cost

Shipping is shown at checkout. US orders over $45 ship free.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking number by email as soon as it ships, so you can follow it the whole way.

Returns

Easy 30-day returns on unused items in original condition. Please contact support before sending anything back, and we’ll walk you through it.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund you.

Refund timeline

Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
